The selection of purification method depends on the type of oligonucleotide and on your purity and yield requirements. There is a trade-off between purity and yield. The higher the purity, the smaller the yield and the lower the purity, the higher the yield. HPLC purification generally gives higher yields but lower purity than PAGE purification. HPLC will deliver > 90 % purity and PAGE > 95 % purity as measured by area percentage of product peak or band respectively. We also offer unique HPLC purification schemes for AP and HRP and for dual label fluorogenic 5' nuclease probe assay. Oligonucleotide Modifications Bionexus offers the widest variety of high quality modifications in the DNA synthesis industry. We offer just about every fluorescent dye in existence for DNA oligonucleotide labeling. These include the Molecular Probes dyes, and FAM, TAMRA, HEX, TET and JOE in a dual label configuration. We have the enzyme conjugates Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) and Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP). We also make phosphorothioate and mixed base oligonucleotides on a regular basis. Enzyme Conjugates Bionexus has provided high quality and highly purified Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) and Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) enzyme conjugates to researchers and product manufacturers for many years. We perform a number of tests to ensure that the enzyme conjugates are of high quality including specific activity and blot tests.
