Instructions A. Mix thoroughly by inverting tube 2-3 times before use. B. Load 10ìl per lane. Run in 1.5% agarose gel at 200 constant volts. Notes: Based on 1ìg of marker per application in a volume of 10ìl (including dye). DNA concentration per band is as indicated. Gel was run through 14cm long gel, in TAE buer containing Ethidium Bromide (EtBr), and visualized at the 365nm. Loading dye consists of bromophenol blue. For research use only. Not intended for animal or human diagnostic or therapeutic use. The DNA band quantities listed above are determined by spectrophotometer, but lot to lot variation is clearly apparent. Residual ammonium ions are present and may inhibit kinase exchange reactions. Both marker and dye contain 0.02% sodium azide.
